When You are buying New and Used Marine Parts and Accessories keep that in mind.    To assure that used parts and accessories are in working condition we attempted to  test everything new and in most cases are in working condition, if they are not in working condition we will disclose that in the ad.  If we missed something or it is not working when you get it and it was not disclosed in the ad we offer a 3 day return policy.   With all of our new merchandise including close outs there will be a manufacture warranty, you will need to keep your e-bay receipt and original box and work directly with the manufactures.  In some cases where our help is needed BOATARAMA will assist with your returns.  

PAYMENT  

We accept certified fund, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Pay Pal  We do not accept CC. 

SHIPPING

We normally ship next day or sooner If you have special shipping needs, please let us know and other arrangements can be made. 

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE: If you find the exact same product, with the same materials, workmanship, and/or specifications in our store for a lower "buy it now" price (including product cost and shipping and handling charges)  listed on any E-Commerce web site INCLUDING E-BAY by anybody else we will match that price and give you and additional 10% off. To qualify, you must bring the product to our attention and the product must be listed for 24 hours after you tell us the product. The description must list materials and or specification so we can compare to our product.  You may buy up to 4 of those items at the discounted price.  Does not include any auctions or auction sites.  Lowest price guarantee only applies to those items listed with our lowest price guarantee stated in the listing on our E-Commerce site and in our E-bay Store.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 3 day return policy on all of our used parts and accessories, if when you receive the part, the part is not as described in the ad we will give you a full refund of the part including all shipping.   If you mis-ordered a part we will give you up to 7 days to notify us and we will take the part back and give you a store credit for the amount that you paid for the item, less all E-bay fees and shipping costs.  On all returns, YOU MUST SEND US BACK THE PART BEFORE WE SEND OUT THE NEW PART, THERE IS NO EXCEPTION,  ON MIS-ORDERED PARTS YOU PAY SHIPPING, IF THE PART ARRIVES NON OPERABLE OR NOT DESCRIBED YOU SEND IT BACK, WE WILL CHECK THE PART THEN GIVE YOU A REFUND  We do not charge re-stocking fees.
